And because I only work with one therapist per geographic market, you’ll never be competing with another client for visibility or attention. Once your city is taken, it’s closed.

Phase 1:
The Foundation

​​Strategy Session + Marketing Audit - $1000 (one-time fee)


Before we build anything, I get to know you. In a 90-minute strategy session, we dig into your practice—your goals, challenges, clients, systems, and marketing efforts to date. Then I'll conduct a full audit of your website, online presence, and existing marketing tools.

You’ll walk away with:
 

  • A clear picture of what’s working (and what’s not)
     

  • An audit of your marketing assets, SEO, and website
     

  • Tailored recommendations for improvements and growth

 

This is the roadmap we’ll use to move forward—whether with me or on your own.

Phase 2:
The Tune-Up

Implementation – $500 to $2500 (based on audit outcome)


Here, we put the plan into action. Based on your audit, I’ll help you lay the groundwork for real growth. Think of this as getting your practice marketing-ready.

This may include:
 

  • SEO optimization and keyword updates
     

  • Website improvements to boost speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversions
     

  • Google My Business setup or Google Ads configuration
     

  • Lead capture and email tools integration
     

This is your “ready to grow” stage—we’re building a strong, scalable foundation.

Phase 3:
Growth in Action

Marketing Partnership – $650/month (3-month minimum commitment)


Now we promote, refine, and expand. This is where things start to build momentum.

Each month, you get:
 

  • Expert Google Ads management (minimum $1000/month ad spend required in addition to $650/mo management fee)
     

  • 1:1 monthly strategy session to review performance, metrics, and adjust the plan
     

After 3 months, you can keep going or move forward equipped with the tools and structure you need. Either way, you’re set up for success!

Additional optional complementary marketing services (SEO, email marketing, etc) are available if needed for a fee.
